This User Responsibility & Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using MaxFit responsibly. It applies to everyone who uses the Platform and forms part of our Terms of Service. Breaching this Policy may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
1. Your core responsibilities
- Provide accurate account, profile, and health information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and use your account only for yourself.
- Use fitness and nutrition guidance sensibly and within your own physical limits.
- Treat MaxFit staff and other members with respect.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not, and must not attempt to:
- Commit fraud: provide false payment or identity information, abuse trials or promotions, or manipulate referrals, commissions, or payouts.
- Harm the Platform: reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape at scale, introduce malware, overload the service, or probe its security without authorisation.
- Abuse AI features: bypass safety filters, generate unlawful or harmful content, or attempt to extract underlying prompts or models. See our AI Usage & Disclaimer Policy.
- Upload unlawful content: anything illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or infringing others' rights, including in chat or profile fields.
- Impersonate: pretend to be MaxFit or another person.
- Infringe intellectual property: copy, resell, or redistribute MaxFit content or software outside the licence we grant you.

If you take part in the MaxFit Partner Program, your partner agreement sets out additional obligations that apply alongside this Policy.
5. Content you submit
You are responsible for content you submit (messages, profile details, feedback). You must have the rights to it and it must comply with this Policy. We may remove content that breaches these rules and may report unlawful content to the authorities.
6. Monitoring & enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches, including through automated anti-fraud and safety systems. We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, reverse fraudulent transactions or payouts, and take legal action where appropriate. Serious safety or legal violations may be actioned without prior notice.
7. Reporting a violation
To report abuse, a safety concern, or a policy breach, contact info@maxfitai.com. We take reports seriously and will respond promptly.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time; the latest version always governs your use of the Platform.
