This Pricing & Billing Policy explains how MaxFit prices its subscriptions, how and when you are charged, and how invoicing works. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Dodo Payments. This Policy should be read with our Subscription Terms and Payment Terms & Conditions.
1. How we price
- Prices for each plan (MaxFit AI, Maxi Gyms, and the Bundle) are shown on our pricing page and at checkout before you confirm.
- The Bundle applies a 15% discount to the cheaper of your two plans when you subscribe to both products.
- The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that billing cycle.
2. Currency & taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Where applicable, Value Added Tax (VAT) and any other mandatory charges are included or added as indicated before you confirm your purchase. If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply conversion fees outside our control.
3. When you are charged
- First charge: when you start a paid subscription (or when a free trial converts to paid).
- Renewals: automatically at the start of each new billing cycle at the then-current price, until you cancel.
- Upgrades: immediately, with any pro-rated difference shown at checkout.
By subscribing, you authorise MaxFit and Dodo Payments to charge your selected payment method on this recurring basis.
4. Accepted payment methods
We accept the payment methods offered by Dodo Payments at checkout, which typically include major credit and debit cards. Card data is handled entirely by Dodo Payments under its PCI-DSS compliance; MaxFit never stores your full card number.
5. Invoices & receipts
After each successful payment we issue an electronic receipt/invoice, available in your account and by email. Invoices show the plan, the amount, applicable taxes, and the billing date. If you need a tax invoice with specific details, contact billing@maxfitai.com.
6. Price changes
We may change prices for future billing cycles. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any change to your renewal price, so you can decide whether to continue or cancel before it applies. See our Subscription Terms.
7. Failed & declined payments
If a charge is declined, we may retry it and will notify you. Continued failure may result in your subscription being paused or downgraded until payment succeeds. Details are in our Payment Terms & Conditions.
8. Refunds & disputes
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Return Policy. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at billing@maxfitai.com so we can resolve it quickly. This is usually faster than a card chargeback.
9. Discounts & promo codes
Promotional discounts and codes apply only as described at the time of the offer, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be time-limited or single-use. We may withdraw or change offers, subject to honouring any discount already correctly applied to your active subscription.
